About

Are you looking for some support and comforting validation? Would you like to better understand the problems you encounter in your day-to-day living as well as have a clearer view of the "bigger picture" issues and themes that arise in your life? Do you struggle with moderate to crippling anxiety or fear, and have trouble being fully present or accomplishing some of life's everyday tasks? Are you lonely or feeling down, or beginning to feel as though you'll never find peace or contentment? If any of these questions resonate with you, I welcome the opportunity to be in your service, help you find relief, and get your life back. View 3 Photos

I have a warm, personable demeanor. I consider myself an integrative therapist, drawing from attachment, CBT, psychodynamic, and humanistic theories for bespoke care of each client. I can help clients experiencing loss or other significant life changes, depression and loneliness, anxiety, as well as OCD, ADHD, and more. I care for COVID vax injured/bereaved.

I appreciate how daunting it can feel to take that first step and inquire about therapy. I warmly welcome you to reach out to me via phone call or email when you're ready. We can briefly discuss what brings you to consider therapy and see if my associate, Brittany Mullan, AMFT, or I can be of help to you. See her profile here on psychologytoday.com.
