If you need someone to talk to, I'm here. There are times when it can feel difficult to move forward or to find compassion for yourself or others, times when you need someone who can listen fully and support you to gain clarity and begin to relate to yourself and others with greater acceptance and empathy. As a psychotherapist/social worker, I can help you gain insights into the thinking patterns and behaviors that may be getting in your way, and can help you build new habits and skills that are more freeing and self supporting.

I often find that a cognitive/behavioral approach and mindfulness practices can shift unhelpful patterns, particularly in moving through and beyond depression and anxiety and in calming your inner critic and transforming your internal dialogue. Your journey is unique and we will work together to find your healing path forward.

My training includes CBT, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and trauma-informed care. My approach is eclectic, drawing from more than 15 years as a consultant and coach, and my experience as a yoga teacher and mediator. My style is pragmatic, interactive, and empathic.
