Counseling is a place where you can come to feel heard, to share and work through what you are experiencing; past or present. These experiences can be related to family, relationships, work, grief, life changes and much more. I am here to offer you a safe place that ensures trust, safety and comfort without judgment and where you can grow. I bring to you over seven years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I am here to build a therapeutic relationship with you in order to face and work through these experiences and create a sense of clarity, strength, empowerment and new coping skills for life. I work with a variety of clientele ranging from teens to adults, individual, couples, & family counseling. I work with clients that are having difficulty with managing life's stressors and begin to cope in negative ways that can be scary to oneself and others. Let's work together to get better and achieve more peace in your life. Men's issues welcomed! You are not alone. There is help out there.
