Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters Degree from Eastern University and have been working in the mental health field the last 7 years as a Mobile Therapist, Crisis Counselor, and Child and Adolescent Therapist. I help adolescents struggling with depression and anxiety develop healthy coping mechanisms and work through life's many challenges. In our first sessions together we will introduce ourselves, talk about any goals you have for therapy as well as the rules of therapy and confidentiality. Your history with therapy and any treatments you may have had are also important to discuss. Following we will dive into specific struggles you are facing. Having worked with adolescents the last 5 years, I have contributed toward helping clients identify patterns in their thoughts and behaviors as well as assisting in the development of self empowerment and self worth.
