About

Evening and Weekend Availability - I have been working as a therapist since 2011 after obtaining a master’s degree in professional counseling and master’s degree in Addictions Counseling which I achieved at Grand Canyon University along with my undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Arizona.

My experience helping others navigate Trauma, Grief & Loss, Pregnancy & Postpartum and a variety of other life struggles and transitions has brought me here to come alongside you as you transform. I offer a non-judgmental, compassionate space where you can explore, learn and create opportunities for change.

I am a mother of 3 with only 2 living children. I understand the vulnerability that comes with sitting in the therapy chair and the courage it takes to heal. I am here to support you through active listening, validation, encouragement and skills development to improve your quality of life and help you achieve the life you wish to have.
