Welcoming new clients. I enjoy working with couples and individuals of diverse ages and backgrounds who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma (including family of origin issues) as well as relational challenges such as infidelity. I consider much of what I do to be allowing client's to gently and curiously grow in their ability to reflect on the stories they have formed about their journey. I have a great deal of gratitude for the deep, sometimes painful, places my clients allow me to explore alongside them. Regardless of where you find yourself, I would be honored to sit with you. I believe therapy is relational. I enjoy working with people navigating past trauma, anxiety and depression as well as relational challenges such as infidelity. In all instances, I am reminded that we don't "arrive" at solutions but rather life is a series of arrivals and departures we learn to navigate. I bring a warmth, calmness and curiosity to every client, believing that each of us is nuanced and worthy of a safe place for self exploration.
