If you are struggling in your marriage, with your partner, or with anxiety, I would love to help. I work with couples and adult individuals. We all have our own unique strengths and challenges and it would be my honor to move along with you on your journey toward your goals. I use research based approaches, primarily EFT with couples. With adult individuals, I work in a solution focused empathic way with you using tools and self help assignments to meet your goals. I work with couples using research based couples therapies (Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman, CBT) I have specialized training and experience with anxiety. I am level 3 advanced certified in the David Burns solution focused CBT framework our office specializes in. Also, I am certified in CBT-i for Insomnia with the Jacobs protocol for adults. It may take me up to 48 hours to get back to you. If you are having an urgent crisis, please call 988 or visit your local ER. I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT)My rates are $295 (50 minute sessions) prorated for longer sessions. I do recommend 80-90 minute couples therapy sessions.
