I have significant experience working with women with addiction issues and trauma. I look forward to collaborating with you by offering support, compassion, and strategies to aid you in your journey. I have a keen interest in working with persons who have experienced sexual trauma as well as trauma as a result of medical and/or dental procedures. I offer a trauma-informed, person-centered, safe, therapeutic environment in which clients are encouraged to share their experiences with an empathetic, open-minded counselor who possesses a sense of humor and an avid interest in people and their stories. I also strongly believe that spirituality can play an important role in the therapeutic process. I have been a client (and still am!) and receiving quality therapy changed my life; finding the right therapist is so important. I would love to collaborate with you to achieve your goals, experience spiritual and relational growth, and help you move towards an authentic and abundant life.
