How engaged are you with life? How do you relate to those around you? These are questions I explore with my clients by allowing our relationship to guide the process. As Irvin Yalom very well stated, "Therapy should not be theory driven, but relationship driven." I am a firm believer of this sentiment; and will accompany you on what I believe is an on-going journey towards self-growth. Through a therapeutic relationship that is safe, genuine, and caring; I aim to guide my client towards insight that makes a path towards change, understanding, and/or acceptance more feasible. I engage with clients of all ages who are experiencing a variety of issues, and even some who just want a comfortable space to simply speak what is on their minds.
