About

I enjoy working with teens and adults from all backgrounds! I usually connect well with people who had developmental or complex trauma in childhood, as well as young adults struggling with the transition to "adulting." I have experience helping with low self-esteem, general anxiety, social anxiety, chronic illness, codependency, trauma, and depression. I believe we all go through challenges in life and need to work on our mental health to reach our full potential. You can do it, even when it's scary! You are the expert on your own life and have more strengths than you realize! I would be honored to meet with you.

I offer a warm, compassionate, non-judgmental, safe space for healing, learning new coping skills, and helping you be your best self. I like to use an integrative approach that includes CBT, ACT, DBT skills, mindfulness and motivational interviewing with a focus on improving self-care physically and mentally. I am trained in EMDR therapy.

I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey, whatever that may be! Please feel free to request a short consultation if you would like to "interview me" to see if we are a good fit before beginning. My personality is kind and caring. I'm a good listener, and I like to approach things with a bit of humor when it is helpful.
