Therapists » Marriage & Family Therapist Associate
Sometimes the family and/or relationship process breaks down and people feel stuck. Relationships require us to be close in some ways and apart in other ways. This helps people be authentic with themselves and trusting of each other. With this trust and authenticity, people develop a new process for solving problems. I believe in and love my clients’ power to heal. My passion is to witness how people work on getting their needs met. Therapy has taught me there is more than one way to peel a potato. Your goals and strengths center our work. Your attachment strategies and trauma responses inform how we connect and engage. As a parent of three adult children, retired public school teacher, and Air Force brat, I sought therapy multiple times. I was lucky to have therapists who love unconditionally, without passing judgment. I strive to give back what I have been given. Please call if you would like to work together toward a greater sense of wellbeing.
