I enjoy helping clients with relationship issues, self-esteem, anxiety and trauma. I specialize in working with adult survivors of childhood trauma, PTSD, and complex trauma. My ideal client is someone who is ready to gain insight into their experiences, and to work towards personal growth. My intention is to support you in making decisions that make you feel empowered and provide you the tools you need to work towards your unique goals. My approach is rooted in empowering clients to make decisions aligned with their morals and values, guiding them towards becoming the most authentic version of themselves. I embrace directness, challenging clients to step outside their comfort zones when they are ready for growth.
