Hi, my name is Amy-Noelle. I am a relationship therapist and life coach. I have almost 15 years of experience working with couples. I help couples resolve the real issues and pain that drive a wedge in their relationship. I usually can know the health of couples' relationships just by looking at whether and how often they get into what I call the “trap” cycle. It looks like this: You cause more hurt by how issues are brought up than the issue itself. You never actually get to the real issue! They are seeking more direction and movement in the sessions. I use a combination of therapy and coaching, allowing for quick positive change and real healing. With coaching, I give you the tools to keep you from entering the trap cycle I talked about. This is important because just one blow-up can erase any meaningful progress, so you want to stop adding to the hurt as quickly as possible. Therapy is about recognizing the real issue and healing past hurt that carries over to future arguments.
