About

“Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary. The people we trust with that important talk can help us know that we are not alone.” Fred Rogers sums up very well the first steps of healing - to begin to share what is happening in a compassionate space. I am passionate about supporting people in facing the difficulties and complexities of life with courage.

Through Internal Family Systems, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Emotionally Focused Therapy, attachment based and somatic approaches, I work systemically with individuals, couples and families to find individual and relational healing. In addition to a background in couples and families, I have 6 years of experience in integrated health care.

I emphasize integration and healing of the four aspects of being human - mind, emotions, body, and spirit, with a focus on healthy connection within the self, within close relationships, and within community. Through identifying your needs and listening closely, we can attend to what you need most. There is often more healing available to us than we realize!
