About

This practice is currently closed to new clients. My specialty is working with individual adults on building happier, healthier relationships with their partners, parents, children, friends, or co-workers. Many issues impact relationships: communication problems, infidelity, a pile-up of life stressors, physical or mental health issues, substance use, life-stage transitions, or patterns going back to the families we grew up in. Folks may come in for help with a current issue, or to gain insight into longstanding patterns.

I've been a practicing therapist for 21 years, and draw from a variety of approaches based on what is best suited for each individual and their personal goals. It is important that my clients know that I will work hard alongside them, and that they will leave sessions feeling informed, hopeful, and empowered to create change in their lives.

Trying to find a therapist while dealing with significant stressors and problems can feel confusing, exhausting, or sometimes even scary. I am happy to answer questions and provide further information to potential clients to determine whether I'm the best match for you. I look forward to hearing from you!
