I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the OKC metro area with over 15 years experience working in social services, focusing on mental health the past 10 years. I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, families and couples with a variety of treatment needs, i.e. depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. I have experience working with juvenile delinquents, victims of abuse and neglect as well individuals with attachment issues. I have been trained in a variety of research/evidenced based treatment models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also utilize an eclectic approach of counseling theories to meet the individual needs of my clients. Additionally, I have six years experience in adoptions and am trained to provide private adoption home studies for families seeking to adopt.
