About

I work with women and adolescent girls who are navigating a variety of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, life transitions, grief and loss, and self-esteem or body image concerns. Women often face unique difficulties in the realm of mental health, but they also have unique strengths that deserve to be recognized and celebrated. I enjoy helping my clients identify and build upon their existing strengths to achieve their goals and create meaningful change in their lives. While I am passionate about connecting with women of all ages, I have extensive experience counseling adolescents and teens.

Therapy is a collaborative process and one that works best when there is a foundation of safety and trust. Establishing a compassionate and nonjudgmental space for women to feel validated and heard while they share their stories is my priority. I also draw upon evidence-based practices to help my clients gain insight and effectively reach their goals.

It is an honor and a gift to walk alongside others in their journey towards growth and healing. Let’s take the first step together!
