About

In therapy, I will work with you to examine patterns of thought and behavior which are no longer useful in your life. We will work together to help you develop a deeper understanding and empathy for yourself in addition to genuine, compassionate interaction with others that will lead you to your goals. I believe the relationships that are most important in our lives are an integral part of making lasting change. In therapy, I support you in improving these relationships in order to achieve healing and change.

I work with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, couple issues, personal development and trauma. I am LGBTQ-affirming and poly/kink friendly. Additionally, I specialize in working with people who are healing from childhood trauma and/or trauma in adulthood. Helping people find themselves after painful life events is the joy of my work.

Please feel free to contact me to set up an appointment. You may also call to request a phone consultation to determine if I am a good fit for your needs. I look forward to starting this journey with you!
