I am a psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience in mental health. My professional and personal expertise includes Neurodivergence to include ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, and Sensory Integration Disorder. I support clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, valued, and understood in their therapeutic journey as they explore their emotions, experiences, and traumas. I work with individuals, adolescents, and couples in a collaborative, holistic client-centered approach. First and foremost, my goal is to ensure a non-judgmental environment where clients can feel comfortable to openly discuss sensitive issues. It’s your journey and a chance to reflect on the past, present and future in a safe and confidential place. During the session we will discuss your treatment goals and create a treatment plan. It is important to know, -you are the client, this is your session and your journey. You will be in the driver’s seat but I will be with you along the way. We will address the issues that you are comfortable addressing and on a timeline that is comfortable for you. So often clients feel a sense of relief just by scheduling their first appointment.
