Life can be hard. Often times, mental health or life circumstances can get in the way of us living the life we thought we would. My goal is to provide an atmosphere where there is no judgement and to walk alongside you as you navigate through life stressors. People come to therapy for all different reasons and I have helped clients address concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-injury, grief, loss, and temporary transition. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Whether you are coming to therapy to work on a specific goal or you’re not quite sure why you’re here, I want to help. I am what’s called an eclectic therapist which means I draw from a variety of therapy modalities including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Person-Centered therapies.
