About

I work with children, teens and young adults going through traumatic events, major life changes and/or struggling with their mental health. I provide a safe space to understand your emotions, learn healthy ways to cope, and start your healing process. With children I believe in working with the family/parents as a team to build skills to strengthen the parent-child connection.

I work from a client centered perspective and enjoy integrating a variety of modalities including CBT, EMDR, Expressive Arts, Play therapy and Mindfulness-based interventions. With children, I collaborate with the family to build skills and strengthen parent/guardians ability to best support their child.

Seeking help for your mental health is a sign of your strength & resilience. When provided with compassion and understanding healing is inevitable. Therapy is most beneficial when you find the right fit for you, so let's chat and see if this is a good match! Contact me to set up a free consultation.
