About

Guided by a belief in collaboration, I work in partnership with individuals from a place of curiosity, presence, and compassion. Using a trauma- and attachment-informed, body-based approach, I tailor therapy to each client, drawing from Integrative Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. By blending somatic techniques with cognitive and emotional frameworks, I aim to foster holistic awareness, strengthen mind-body-spirit connection, and create spaces where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to heal.

I support individuals through grief, queer identity exploration, substance use, non-traditional relationship dynamics, anxiety, OCD, suicidality, and self-harm, with a focus on the social contexts and systemic oppression shaping their experiences. I'm passionate about helping queer, trans, and AuDHD individuals navigate their unique challenges.

Asking for help is a vulnerable task, and my aim is to provide deeply compassionate, patient, non-judgmental care as a result. Please reach out via email if anything above resonates with you. I would love to discuss our potential fit!
