About

Browsing for a therapist is important because ideally, you should have a clinician you feel comfortable with; so let me tell you a bit about myself! I have experience working with clients who wrestle with an array of mental health diagnoses and struggles, including but not limited to Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Trauma, relationship struggles, and anger. I also have experience working with clients exploring their gender and/or sexuality.

My approach is meeting clients where they are at, understanding that building a relationship with a new therapist can take time. I use different modalities to therapy, taking pieces from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy.

I would be a great fit for any individual or couple looking for an authentic therapist to provide support related to “unlearning” cycles they feel stuck in, feelings of sadness, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or struggles related to gender or sexuality.
