Welcome to Amber Miura Counseling. I am so glad you are here. It is such a brave step to reach out for help. I look forward to hearing your story. I believe counseling is a sacred space shared between the therapist and client. When you sit with me it is a comfortable, non-judgmental, and empathetic environment for clients to be their most authentic selves so they can begin to grow, change, and heal. I believe in the holistic well-being of each client, addressing the mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of their lives. I specialize in working with individual adults. In particular, I have a passion for working with women through their journey in navigating anxiety, depression, other mood disorders, motherhood, step-motherhood, blended families, divorce, pregnancy, postpartum, and infertility. Additionally, I specialize in working with elder adults as they navigate life. Kindness, care, and compassion are at the forefront of the work I do with my clients. I believe that people are the best experts on their own lives and experiences and it is an honor to come alongside them in their journey. I cannot wait to meet you and hear your story.
