The hardest part of going to therapy is attending the first appointment. It takes courage, and a lot of it! Trauma, addiction, depression, and anxiety can feel overwhelming and overtaking at times, but if you have the courage to attend the first session, you have the courage to face and process what is causing you pain. As a counselor, I take a gentle, yet honest approach to help you cultivate the strengths within you to overcome what is holding you back and walk with you as you find your path to hope and healing. I've helped people work through addiction, depression, anxiety, procrastination, and many other issues that get in the way of reaching their highest potential and living their best life. Many of my clients have attained hopes and dreams they always wanted, but felt they weren't able to. We do this through CBT, DBT, and other modalities. We will work together to help you find peace and healing to improve your relationships and accomplish more than you think you can. You can do more than you think you can, and you are stronger than you think!
