About

Ten years ago I found myself evaluating an unknown future after divorce. My healing journey after this unexpected loss ignited a passion for emotional, relational, and spiritual wellness. I knew I wanted to help others experiencing trauma, pain, and grief. While developing national support groups for single parents (www.soloparent.org), I returned to school to fulfill a new life calling as a counselor. View 4 Photos

My therapeutic approach is attachment-based and integrative, helping clients connect thoughts, feelings, and beliefs to heal past wounds, explore stories, write new narratives, and pursue healthier relationships. I will help you gain the healing, skills, and growth you need to have the fuller life you dream of today not just some day.

Your goals are my priority. I will walk with you as you take the steps needed to create health and strength—in you and in your relationships. I believe authentic healthy connections are essential to a life full of meaning and purpose. I want you to experience that too. Healthier you—> healthier relationships! Your healing matters because YOU matter.
