It's not easy to ask for help. Maybe you've shared your situation with close friends or family and received support and advice, but things aren't really getting better. Maybe you've been hesitant to seek out a therapist. The fact that you're here now is a demonstration of your commitment and dedication to your own personal growth and your relationships. Whether you're experiencing anxiety or depression, or you're looking for a relationship, healing from a relationship that's ended, or are in a relationship you want to strengthen or repair, you're in the right place. My approach to facilitating change and personal growth is humanistic. I believe you have the tools, we just need to sharpen them. My methods include the use of Gestalt techniques, Expressive Arts, EMDR (DeTUR protocol for addiction), & SandTray. I use EFT and Gottman therapy to help couples connect in a healthy way and change unhelpful patterns and dynamics. I believe a client comes to therapy with the desire and skills necessary for personal growth. By providing a safe, non-judgmental environment and carefully considered feedback, I believe you can reach the goals you set for yourself. I work with clients to identify the areas that aren't working and work with you to make the changes you desire.
