About

Struggling with substance use, navigating dynamics with a family member with substance use, or experiencing religious trauma or domestic violence? I'm here to help. As a therapist specializing in substance use therapy and family support, I offer a safe space for healing and growth. With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by Spanish-speaking clients, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish. Having personally experienced the transition from Puerto Rico to the United States as a young adult, I bring empathy and cultural sensitivity to my practice.

In addition to substance use and family therapy, I specialize in supporting individuals recovering from religious trauma and survivors of domestic violence. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I provide gender-affirming care to clients of all gender identities and sexual orientations.

Drawing from my lived experiences and professional training, I offer compassionate and evidence-based interventions to help you navigate life's challenges and build healthier relationships. Take the first step towards healing today.
