About

I work with those assigned female at birth and those that identify as women treating trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief and life transitions. Whether you are looking for support through a challenging situation or are ready to begin working towards a new direction in life, we can work together to create the foundation and self-awareness needed to reach your goals.

I work within Attachment, Narrative, Emotionally Focused modalities as well as parts of IFS, ACT and CBT. Although I tend to begin with these modalities, I take an individualized approach with each client and we will work collaboratively using what will benefit you most to explore your past, present and what you want your future to look like.

Through our work together, you will grow your sense of understanding of yourself and how you perceive things which will empower you to make the changes you want to see in your life. Current openings are in person Tuesday- Thursday late mornings & afternoons.
