About

Feeling constantly on edge with intrusive thoughts or a looming sense of doom? Struggling with feelings of loss, fear, or hopelessness? Is your inner critic constantly highlighting mistakes and fueling self-doubt? You're not alone. Anxiety and depression can be overwhelming, especially during changes in life. In therapy, we will create a safe space to explore emotions, confront fears, and develop coping strategies, and foster resilience for healing, step by step.

In our sessions, we will address your moments of fear or self-doubt and work on transforming these thoughts. We will equip you with practical tools to manage your emotions. Together, we will rewrite your story, uncovering strength and solutions. My aim is to see you thriving, empowered to overcome self-doubt and fear.

I believe in the beauty of everyone's uniqueness; there's no one-size-fits-all approach. It's essential to be heard, seen, and valued, with compassion being a vital ingredient for fostering healing and growth. As a mom, veteran, and member of the queer community, supporting others is my passion. Reach out to learn more.
