About

Life doesn’t have to be as hard as it is right now. When you’re living with anxiety, unable to break out of your OCD cycle, struggling with an eating disorder, just not feeling good enough, it’s hard. It can feel impossible to live a fulfilled, healthy life. Where to even begin? I get it. Here’s the thing, though. There’s so much potential. Through evidence-based therapy, you can shift your thoughts, find more effective and adaptive behaviors, and live a healthy and fulfilling life. It’s possible - I promise. By finding this page, you took the first, and often one of the hardest steps- getting started. I am so happy you are here.

I am fortunate to be part of a private clinical practice dedicated to helping adolescents and adults struggling with body image, eating disorders, OCD, PTSD, and anxiety disorders. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a short-term evidence based practice effective in treating a variety of concerns, and providing you with life-long skills.

My therapeutic style prioritizes genuineness, compassion, and empowerment. We will collaborate and discuss your goals so I can personalize treatment. You are the expert on yourself! I want you to leave therapy with a variety of tools in your toolbox and the competence and confidence to use those tools on your own to maintain wellness.
