Welcome to Ellie Mental Health in South County. I have experience working with the LGBTQIA+ individuals, post traumatic stress disorders, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, ADHD, self harm behaviors, suicidal ideation and attempts, schizophrenia, schizoaffective, boarderline personality disorder, and substance use disorders. I provide a safe space for individuals in the therapeutic setting. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working with adolescents, adults, and families in outpatient and residential care settings. I utilize person-centered and trauma-informed approach with cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, community reinforcement approach, and solutions-focused therapy. My goal as a therapist is to provide clients with an inclusive, flexible, and welcoming environment to be themselves.
