With my cognitive-behavioral approach to Christian Counseling, I seek to assist my clients with self discovery and positive growth, while keeping Christ at the forefront of our journey. Issues affecting our abilities to connect and flourish with others vary, but may be related to: communication, boundaries, self-esteem, or bad experiences from the past. As a romantic at heart, who is also well-grounded in her Christian faith, I long to see individuals enjoying relational harmony in every aspect of their lives.
