A strong and healthy mind-body connection is essential for overall well-being and optimizing performance. Utilizing educational backgrounds in both Exercise Science and Mental Health, I help clients enhance their self-awareness of both mental and physical components that influence their life and/or sport-specific goals. In developing a deeper understanding of themselves on both a physiological and psychological level, athletes are able to better apply self-care practices and mental strategies that are uniquely and highly effective. Together, we explore elements that impact your performance and mental health. Areas of specialty include: student athletes, eating disorders/body image, anxiety, mental blocks, normal developmental adjustment, identity development, trauma, maintenance mental/life coaching, and phase of life transitions. I work best with individuals who are motivated and willing to explore their multidimensional humanness. All individual services are currently virtual only.
