Maybe you've been recently diagnosed with a long term illness or you've had symptoms for years and you don’t recognize yourself anymore. You know these health struggles are somehow behind your depressed and anxious feelings, and you feel alone…like no one understands. Right now, you may have more questions than answers, but one thing you know for sure is that you’d do anything to get your life back. You grieve for the person you used to be and find it hard to imagine yourself living a worthwhile life with this illness trying to drag you down every chance it gets. (Due to demand, I ONLY accept clients with chronic illness concerns) The roller coaster of doctor visits, medication changes, and emotions is becoming too much and you’re ready to get off the roller coaster and feel grounded again. You want to feel like you can better manage the emotions and overwhelming stress that you're experiencing and take steps to start living your life again. As a person living with multiple chronic illnesses, I know first hand just how devastating it can be. I can help you see your illness in a new light and successfully manage your symptoms. My clients often see improvement and start building new coping skills within just a few therapy sessions. I know you can too!
