About

You may be feeling stuck, burnt out, overwhelmed or maybe all of the above. Your relationship swings from everything being "good" to it feeling hopeless. You have trouble navigating challenging emotions, feeling present, and connecting with your partner, friends, and family. You want to find purpose and meaning in your life, but are unsure where to start. You want to create healthy boundaries in your life but have trouble saying, "no." You keep difficult thoughts and feelings to yourself in an effort to avoid conflict. You crave a deeper connection in your relationships. View 4 Photos

As a relational therapist I often help clients reflect on early bonds with caregivers to gain insight into current relationships patterns. I believe that holding on to the authentic self is essential for meaningful connection. In therapy, we will work on ways to make you stronger as an individual, so you can show up more fully in your relationships.

Starting therapy can be overwhelming, even scary. I provide a supportive and safe environment for individuals and couples to move towards vulnerability. Within this safe place you will be encouraged to speak your truth, express your emotions, and challenge your thinking, all without judgement. Starting therapy can be the first step toward healing and growth.
