About

Listening and helping a client walk through a time in their life that may be difficult to do on their own is a calling that I have felt since I was a child. Being present, offering up support, and providing effective evidenced based resources with the professional training and experience I have gained has allowed me to align my passion with a purpose. Working with me will give each client the objective, unbiased aspect that often is difficult to find as well as an opportunity to build a rapport of professionalism and respect in a friendly setting. I work mostly with individuals ages 18+.

As a practicing APCC in California, I have been trained and offer a combination of holistic counseling (Mind/Body) along with Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) that incorporates the entire human body and its relationship to the client's experiences, working with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, ADHD, personality disorders, and life transitions.

I invite any individual who is struggling to make sense of a difficult time in their lives an opportunity to feel safe, to be heard, and to be open to new possible ways of addressing a possible mental health issue. Please contact my office, request me by name, and set up a time that works for you. I look forward to meeting you.
