I believe everyone who walks into my office matters and I am honored for the chance to walk alongside them and hear their story. I use a Cognitive Behavioral approach to help my clients identify areas where negative thoughts and beliefs have taken root and equip them to replace those beliefs with truth in a way that allows them to move forward as their healthiest self. Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health, Ed.S. in Clinical Mental Health Additional Training: TF-CBT Certified, trained in Brainspotting, trained in Sensiormotor Psychotherapy I have spent most of my career working with a mix of children, adolescents and their families as well as individual therapy with adults. We've worked together through anxiety, depression, and trauma. If you are struggling with any of these issues, or feeling overwhelmed by day to day life, I would love to meet and be a place of support on your journey.
