You constantly feel anxious and on edge. You overthink everything, and find it hard to get things done. Life feels overwhelming. Sleep is difficult due to the endless cycle of thoughts running through your mind. You have a lot of thoughts that begin with "What if". You often imagine the worst case scenario and get stuck thinking about it over and over. Every little thing irritates you, but you hide those feelings because you don't want to upset anyone. You have friends but find it hard to reach out to them. You work hard in your career or school, but still don't feel like it is good enough. I would like to help!

My counseling style is warm and calming. I focus on helping you decide what is important to you and how to start making choices that support the life you want. We will look at how your thoughts influence your emotions and actions. We will also focus on strategies to use during difficult times such as self care activities and mindfulness tools.
