About

The decision to begin therapy often arises when you recognize the need or desire for a change. If you're feeling stuck, out of control, or unsure of next steps, it could be a sign that it's time for a shift. I specialize in supporting adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, substance use, and trauma, through a holistic approach that is motivational, supportive, and empowering. Together, we can create a safe, shame-free space to explore and understand your feelings, the underlying causes of your struggles, examine challenging relationship patterns, enhance self-awareness, and foster self-compassion.

My therapeutic approach is strength-based, humanistic, and grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness, and CBT. I also incorporate clinical hypnotherapy and somatic awareness practices to help alleviate anxiety, overcome limiting beliefs, manage stress effectively, and chart a path forward toward healing, resilience, and personal transformation.

While change can be challenging, the essence of transformative therapy lies in co-creating a trusting relationship. I am passionate about this work and dedicated to helping you in a way that aligns with your unique needs. You deserve to be truly seen in therapy; all of your parts will be welcomed and embraced.
