About

My approach to therapy is relational and eclectic, adapting to the needs of each person. I have worked with youth, emerging adults, and caregivers for over fifteen years in community mental health, schools and college resulting in a wide range of clinical experience in many areas including identity development and changes in role throughout the lifetime, especially in the transition into parenthood. I have background working with issues of mood, trauma, grief, life transitions, college adjustment, and identity. I offer clinical supervision for pre-license clinicians and also enjoy supporting professional identity development.

When meeting with me, you can expect to be invited to talk about the topics and concerns most on your mind. My aim is to help clients and supervisees in finding their own path through challenges with genuine support and care. I believe that we co-create the therapeutic experience and that this empowers growth.

Please contact me to find out if we are a good fit for working together on your therapy goals.
