About

I work from the understanding there is a part of us that is already whole and healed. Trauma can skew how we perceive ourselves and the world. Through therapy, we both tend to the hurt parts of ourselves and also cultivate an access point to the whole, healed self. We practice ushering our habitual emotional and mental patterns into our awareness in order to remove blockages to allow us to be the person we’d love to be and to live the life we’d love to live.

I work through a somatic lens that is focused on bringing people into their bodies. When we work at the level of the mind, we continue to reinforce our “stories” about who we are and what happened to us. By recognizing and allowing ourselves to be with emotions in the body, we can achieve fulfilling, long-lasting results in our lives.

I aim to support people in divesting from narratives about self-pathology, to rewrite their stories in empowering ways, and to feel more grounded and more joyful in their daily lives. I believe in your wholeness and want to support you in feeling that in yourself.
