In my eight years of postgraduate mental health experience, I have gathered a deep understanding that every person is the expert of their own lived experience, which I believe is essential to building connections in the therapeutic relationship. My unique approach to psychotherapy is all about being open and honest with my clients, so not only do they feel like a part of the process, but are steering the therapeutic ship. Add in some support from evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and I have found that people leave my office feeling both validated and motivated for change. I specialize in complex trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression, and treat ages 5 and up. I am excited and honored to connect with you, and am confident that together we can explore and discover your new way forward.
