About

If you're scrolling through these pages, something in life has pushed you to decide to seek support. Maybe you're a new parent, struggling to process recent birth trauma while also figuring out how to take care of the new little life in your arms. Perhaps you've been able to manage symptoms of ADHD well enough until recently, and suddenly the overwhelm and executive dysfunction is becoming too much of a challenge to navigate alone. Anxiety, ADHD, depression, postpartum and parenting...all of these can lead us to feel isolated and alone sometimes, struggling to figure out how to cope. You don't have to figure it out alone; welcome! View 4 Photos

The therapeutic relationship is a unique one, centered around both technique and personality. Clinically, I pull from a variety of modalities including person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems, and emotion focused. In sessions I am collaborative, personable, and direct but compassionate.

I aim to provide support in an atmosphere that feels real and authentic through a personalized, laid back approach that helps to make therapy a comfortable experience. I know it's not always easy to reach out for help or make time for yourself in a world that is constantly demanding more of you, and I'm here to help make the process as seamless as possible.
