Are you finding that life is difficult to cope with due to lack of control of your emotions? I have a special interest in working with people who experience OCD, anxiety and ADHD. I will create a space where you can be your genuine self while feeling unjudged. Maybe you are unsure what your genuine self is, if so then our space can be the perfect start to discovering it. I know that being vulnerable can be difficult however through therapy, you do not need to face it alone. While beginning this journey of understanding I will guide you in the exploration of yourself as well as help you find acceptance and compassion.

My goal for you in therapy is to help you navigate your emotions and anxieties. My approach to therapy is Person-centered. I use techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Psychodynamic modalities. By integrating these skills we can uncover patterns that may have been learned in your childhood while challenging negative thoughts.
