Our lives are full of the unexpected, which is why I meet with youth, ages 5 and older, all the way up through elders 75+. Life transitions, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma are just some of the reasons you may be looking for a calm space to learn about yourself, to understand how your experiences have shaped who you are, and develop strategies to help you thrive. I have over ten years of social work experience working with various populations including: survivors of domestic violence, adults with severe disabling mental illness, and youth with severe emotional disturbance. I utilize a variety of CBT, DBT, art & play therapy, and narrative therapy techniques to build rapport and develop a personalized treatment plan. Navigating life's challenges doesn't need to be a solitary endeavor. Whether you're experiencing a life transition, or looking for a safe space to explore your identity and relationships, we can collaborate on the therapeutic environment you need to achieve your goals. Your experiences matter and I can't wait to hear from you.
