Hi! I’m Allyson (she/her) and I am a queer identified therapist. I have over 10 years of experience as a psychotherapist in many types of settings including schools, agencies, and the community. I have extensive experience working with trauma as well as young people. My work is relational, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I see therapy as it’s own type of creative process and it looks different for every person. I am here to support you peel back the layers and come home to yourself. As a queer therapist I am most drawn to working with individuals who identify within the LGBTQIA+ community and those who are exploring their sexual and/or gender identities. The more we are able to love and accept who we are the more we are able to feel internal peace. I would love to walk with you on your path to living your truth. Exploring things like who you are, where you are on your life path, and ways to feel more at peace in your day to day life are courageous journeys. I know how hard it can be to make changes and process difficult things on your own. I am proud of you for considering therapy and would love to walk with you as you take this brave step.
