I seek to empower my clients to make positive lasting change. I work with individuals, couples, and families dealing with addiction, betrayal trauma, illness, depression, eating disorders, postpartum depression and anxiety. I specialize in addiction recovery treatment and betrayal trauma recovery and I am passionate about raising awareness of the negative impacts of pornography addiction on society. I also understand how addiction and trauma impact the dynamics of a relationship. In therapy I take a holistic approach to wellness that takes into account treating the "whole person". I am from Spring Creek, Nevada and received my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Utah State University.
