About

The relationship between client and therapist can be one of the most healing aspects of therapy. I prioritize creating a space where you feel seen, safe, and understood. With an integrative approach, I foster collaboration, curiosity, patience, and humor throughout our work together. I believe that healing comes through both support and challenge—creating an environment where we explore different perspectives and alternative ways of thinking. Together we’ll uncover feelings, patterns, and behaviors that impact you today by examining past relationships and experiences.

While I work with clients with many different needs and experiences, I specialize in working with ADHD, as well as those recovering from spiritual abuse and coercive control. With a background in the arts, I support clients in nurturing creative practices and navigating the unique challenges of creative fields like art, film/production, and music.

My approach is rooted in empathy and respect for your unique experience, helping you heal from past wounds while building resilience and the ability to thrive in the present. Through self-reflection, we’ll deepen your self-awareness, develop effective coping strategies, and empower you to move toward your personal goals.
