Telehealth Only - At this time I am only accepting teen and adult clients. Thank you for being here! I applaud all that you are and all that you bring here! I am honored to hear your story and share this chapter with you. I have worked with children, teens, adults, and families that need an extra hand to partner through daily difficulties, challenging behaviors, emotional adjustments, and traumatic experiences. The BEST thing about therapy is to see my clients process their feelings, cope with their problems, and come out knowing that they are seen, heard, and honored. I can do my job best when I get to hear the needs of my families, form a healing plan together, and utilize person centered and play based modalities to provide space for that healing to grow. If you're here, you're looking for a hint of glitter among the dust, or a splash of joy in a hard time. I can't say that I can be that, but I can say that I can help get you to where you want to be, reflect the mirror back on you and your family, and help you all utilize the skills you need and the skills you have, to find healing and hope again.
